For Shawn — Yesner Law

Here's what we're setting up

Short version: your new leads will land in your spreadsheet on their own. You stop typing them in by hand. Nothing else about how you work changes.

What we're doing

Three steps, and you don't touch any of them.

All of it stays inside your own Google account

1. Someone books you

Google sends you the confirmation email, exactly like it does today.

2. A helper reads it

It pulls out the name, phone, email, and how they found you.

3. Your sheet fills in

Each piece in its own column. A new row every time. No more column A pile-up.

Runs twice a day, morning and afternoon
What this replaces

Opening each email and retyping it into the sheet yourself. Roughly 50 times a month. That part goes away.

Why this one is safe

You brought up attorney–client privilege the first time we talked, and it changed how I built this.

Nothing leaves Google. The helper lives inside your own account, right next to your Gmail and your sheet. No outside company ever touches your client information.

No AI is involved. You don't need it here. Google writes those confirmation emails, so every one is laid out the same way. The helper just looks in the same spot each time — nothing is guessed, and there's nothing to disclose.

I never get into your email. I don't need a password and I don't need access to your inbox. You grant the permission yourself, from your own account, with one click while we're on the call. I only ever see the one email you choose to forward me.

You can switch it off any time. It's one toggle inside your account. Everything goes back to how it works today.

What I need from you

Three things. The first one is the only one I truly can't start without.

  1. Forward me one appointment email

Any recent confirmation from Google Calendar. I need to see the real thing to match your columns exactly. Please forward it as-is, without editing it.

    Takes 30 seconds
  2. Share your leads spreadsheet

Use the Share button, set me to Editor. I need to see the exact order of your columns so everything lands where you already expect it.

    Takes 1 minute
  3. Tell me where those emails live

Do they sit in your inbox, or do you file them into a folder? Just text me back the answer.

    Just reply to my text
Send it to me

What happens next

  1. You forward me one appointment email and share the sheet.
  2. I build it against that email on my end, so it's already working before we talk.
  3. We get on a short call together. You press Run and watch it read a real email and show you what it found — nothing gets written to your sheet yet.
  4. When it looks right, you approve it and it starts running. You are the one who switches it on, from your own account, and you can switch it off the same way.
  5. If anything lands in the wrong spot in the first two weeks, I fix it at no charge.
